French Market Atlanta [fr]

PNGRelive your days at the Parisian open-air markets during Atlanta’s inaugural French Market on Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Millennium Gate Museum in Midtown Atlanta.

Enjoy the sweet aroma of authentic French crêpes and other foods at Atlanta’s first-ever French Market at Midtown’s Millennium Gate Museum. The festival will feature a village of authentic French booths selling French food and beverages, as well as art, accessories and beauty items. Parisian open-air markets are the inspiration for this unique event.

The day will be filled with fun and entertainment for all ages, including French culture and gastronomy, with something for the entire family! The Millenium Gate Museum, Atlanta’s Arc de Triomphe, will transform into an open-air Parisian market at 11:00 a.m. when Pinckneyville Middle School students sing the French national anthem, followed by accordion player Vincent Aleandri and French band Mes Amis. Entertainment doesn’t stop there — a comedian from Théâtre du Rêve, the only Francophone theater company in the United States, will stroll and perform short French fairy tales on demand for the little ones.

The cost of entry is $5. Children 10 and under are free.
