’Gout de / Good France’: worldwide French dinner [fr]

JPEGFor the fourth consecutive year, restaurants around the globe will come together to celebrate French cuisine by offering French-inspired meals as part of "Gout de / Good France." This year’s edition, which occurs on March 21, 2018, will see restaurants participate in more than 150 different countries and on five continents.

"Gout de / Good France" aims to unite all types of restaurants around the world. The first edition of the international event took place in 2015 after UNESCO placed the country’s "Repas gatsronomique des Français" on the World Intangible Heritage list.

Under the program participating chefs will offer diners a unique "art de vivre" experience, including some of the best things about French gastronomy: pleasure and respect for good food, good company and the planet.

In 2017, more than 2,100 restaurants across 150 countries served 250,000 meals as part of "Gout de / Good France." Gastronomy showcases France’s positive values — vitality, modernity, responsibility — with the warmth associated with good food.
