The New South at the Paris Air Show 2017 [fr]
The U.S. Southeast will be well represented at the International Paris Air Show June 19-25, 2017 at Le Bourget.
The Paris Air Show is the world’s biggest aerospace trade show, exhibiting the latest innovations in the industry. Among the hundreds of exhibitors at the U.S. Pavillion will include representatives from the economic development departments of Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina, who will highlight the numerous reasons for aerospace companies to invest in the U.S. Southeast.
The French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Carolinas and the CCI Paris Ile-de-France will also host a special event on the aerospace industry in the Carolinas, "Meet the New South in Paris!". On June 21, presentations exhibiting the collaboration, innovation, and state of the aerospace industry in North Carolina, South Carolina and Ile-de-France, including the ASTech Paris Region aerospace competitiveness cluster. Following the presentations will be a Q&A, networking, and individual discussions to support reciprocal and collaborative endeavors in the aerospace industry.
