Goût de France / Good France March 21 [fr]
With over 1500 chefs from all five continents, France is inviting the world on a journey.
Anjou Restaurant (Ridgeland, MS), Southern Art (Atlanta, GA), and Table 3 Restaurant & Market (Nashville, TN) are among the 1,500 restaurants across five continents who will participate in the 2016 edition of Goût de France/Good France on March 21.
In each participating restaurant, through a carefully selected dinner menu, the event will render hommage to the excellence of French cuisine, to its capacity to innovate, and to the values it carries : sharing, pleasure, respect for "eating well’, and the planet.
Here in the U.S. Southeast, French chefs Christian Amelot (Anjou Restaurant), Didier Lailheugue (Southern Art) as well as Charles Charles Robb, Jr. (Table 3 Restaurant & Market) will prepare a special menu fixe showcasing some of France’s finest cuisine.
