Selection Process for ENA and IRA Long-Term International Courses (Oct. 5-Nov. 15, 2020) [fr]
Opening of the 2021-2022 selection procedure for the long international cycles of ENA and IRA.
Each year, ENA (Ecole Nationale d’Administration) selects around 70 candidates for its long-term international courses and those of the Instituts Régionaux d’Administration (IRA). Three long-term courses are open to foreign public agents and civil servants:
- Long International Course (CIL) (lasting 13 months + 1 option month open to junior civil servants or public agents) The CIL may be open to future civil servants after dispensation. This degree program is coupled with three professional Master’s programs in "Communication of Public Institutions", "Public Action in Europe" and "General Public Administration" organized by ENA in partnership with prestigious French universities: Paris CELSA; Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and the University of Strasbourg.
- International Advanced Training Course (CIP) (lasting 8 months, open to senior civil servants) This diploma course is coupled with two professional Master’s courses in "Administration and International Affairs" and "Public Administration and Finance" organized by ENA in partnership with the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Strasbourg.
- IRA International Course (CiIRA) (lasting 8 months, open to junior and senior civil servants) The IRAs also offer foreign civil servants the opportunity to prepare a master’s degree, in parallel with their schooling.
The registration period runs from October 5 to November 15, 2020.
