On Monday, April 4, the Alliance Française of Jackson is organizing a French dinner at Rooster’s (2906 North State Street, Jackson, MS 39216). Enjoy good conversation in French or English over a delicious meal. For more information, visit AF Jackson.

On Tuesday, April 5 from 5 :30 pm to 7 :30 pm, the French American Chamber of Commerce-Atlanta will offer a workshop with Judi Adams on "The Five Deadly Sins of the Job Search" at HA&W Atlanta (King Room, Five Concourse Parkway, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA). Finding a job in the US is not done in the same way as in France. Come learn the cultural differences and the five errors to avoid. Register at FACC Atlanta.

On Friday, April 8 at 12 pm, l’Alliance Française of Knoxville will host a table française at the Seasons Innovation Bar and Grill (11605 Parkside Drive, Knoxville, TN). On Sunday, April 10 at noon, the Alliance Française of Charlotte is hosting an Easter Picnic at Latta Park (601 E Park Ave, Charlotte, NC 28203). An Easter egg hunt for children and outdoor games will be among the activities of this annual event. Please bring your lunch. On Thursday, April 14 from 6 pm to 8 pm, the French American Chamber of Commerce – Southeast Chapter and the Alliance Française of Atlanta will host the 10th Young Professionals After Work Drink at Le Bistro (953 Canton Street Roswell, GA 30075). On Saturday, April 16 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, Ecole du Samedi-Atlanta is hosting a Summer Open House at the Campus Atlanta International School (2890 North Fulton Dr., Atlanta, GA 30305). Prospective students and parents are invited to visit classes, partake in tours led by parent volunteers, meet faculty and staff, and learn about the school’s curriculum. At Ecole du Samedi, classes are taught by experienced teachers in accordance with the principles of the immersion method, in which activities both inside and outside of the classroom are conducted in French. On Saturday, April 16 from 10 am to 8 pm, the Alliance Française of Nashville will offer a French Immersion Day at the Hillsboro Presbyterian Church (5820 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37215). With activities for all levels, from advanced beginner to natives, don’t miss this opportunity to have fun entirely in French. The program will include games, an art workshop, cooking demonstrations, wine tasting, songs, yoga, and more ! Cost : $35 members , $40 non-members. From April 19-22, the Alliance Française of Atlanta will host the 6th Annual Africa Belle at Colony Square( Plaza level, 1197 Peachtree St. N.E., Atlanta GA 30361). Join us all week long as we celebrate Francophone Africa with several events including a conversation on women and human rights in French-speaking Africa, a women entrepreneur breakst, and a soirée africaine francophone.
